These terms apply to all offerings provided by InnovaPath, including software implementation and customization services, information products, and physical goods. By engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to these terms.

Services

Our services include consulting, software setup, integration, and ongoing support. Services are delivered according to agreed schedules. Clients may cancel or reschedule services as described in the refund policy below. Customized and on-site engagements are subject to specific agreements.

Information Products

Information products consist of digital materials such as e-books, software guides, and online courses. These products are accessible immediately after purchase and delivered electronically without any physical shipping.

Goods

Physical goods include training materials, hardware, and other tangible items offered by InnovaPath. Shipping, handling, and delivery are arranged according to your selected options at checkout.

Refund Policy

Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you may request a fee refund through the original payment method. Reimbursements are processed within 14 days. Alternatively, you may reschedule a service once at no additional charge. Custom development and dedicated on-site training are not eligible for fee refund due to dedicated resource planning.

Information Products

Requests for a refund of digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. After this window or access threshold, all sales are final to protect intellectual property rights.

Goods

To obtain reimbursement for physical goods, notify us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back in its original packaging within 30 days. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we will process reimbursement within 14 days. Shipping charges are borne by the customer, except when items are damaged or defective.
